| | Sure-Cut3 is the nature evolution of the Sure-Cut1, it is with an infinitely adjustable matrix guide to suit all types of creasing matrix, up to 25mm wide, including special products such as Off-Centre, reverse Crease and Double Crease.
Manufactured to the same exacting standards as Sutre-Cut1, they share the follow design features:
1. CNC billet machined main body.
2. Precision engineered cutting blade holder.
3. Double 75 degree inclusive angle cutting blades.
4. Blades made from standard cutting rules 4 position cutting anvil made from tool steel.
5. Reversible scale for both metric and imperial measurements to 600mm ( 24) .
6. Metal parts are either stainless steel, plated or surface treated to prevent corrosion.
7. User replaceable spare parts with dull spares back-up.
SC3 is manufactured to ensure maximum ease of use, with high quality and consistency of performance.
Alignment of the centerline cut is easily and quickly achieved by rotating the lead screw adjuster, and thus moving the matrix guide, so that the miter cut is in the centre of the matrix channel. Compared to other cutters, SC3 with the longer handle ensures sufficient mechanical advantage for the cutter to miter all types of matrix products, with the minimum of effort. | | |
